After an initial voice assessment, your clinician will develop an individualized vocal treatment program to target the areas of deficit. This might include exercise programs that can bulk up the vocal folds to achieve better closure, reduce laryngeal muscle tension, and/or reduce harmful vocal behaviors.

Typically, our patients can complete daily exercises and techniques at home with periodic follow-up in our clinic to monitor progress and/or adjust the plan of treatment as needed.
